Youth Ages: 6-9
Middle School Ages: 10-13
High School Ages: 14-18
At Modern Fitness, we think we have something to offer every athlete.
Every athlete begins with an individual evaluation to identify his or her unique strengths and weaknesses. Then we design a unique program with 2 focuses: first, to address the needs of each individual, and second, to address the needs of their sport & position.
From strength and speed, to nutrition and therapy, Modern Fitness athletes work with our coaches to not only change their bodies, but the way they approach being an athlete.
Programs:
M1, M2, M3
M1: For athletes that are in season or have limited time to commit to training.
M2: For athletes who really want to get the most out of training and are committed to training 2 days per week.
M3: For athletes who have determined they want to become an elite athlete by committing to train 3 times per week.
All our programs offer athletes the benefit of having a strength coach, speed coach, sports therapist, a nutritionist all under one roof.
